APPLICANT CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your place in an event you must put your request in writing no less than 2 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a refund. An administration fee will be charged for all cancellations, and will vary depending on the costs of the event. The DEI reserves the right to extent this 2 week period to a longer period for specific events as needed.

DEVELOPMENTAL EVALUATION INSTITUTE CANCELLATION /CHANGES

Our events require a minimum number of participants to cover costs and run. In the event the events do not achieve a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel events up to 4 weeks before the start date and will notify applicants by email. In case of cancellation by the Developmental Evaluation Institute, all Convening fees paid will be refunded minus the percentages going toward credit card processing fees.

We reserve the right to make changes to all events such as moving location (within reason), changing event leaders or amending the schedule.

The Developmental Evaluation Institute’s total liability to the participant in respect of any losses arising from or in connection with events shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the fees.

The Developmental Evaluation Institute will not be liable for any costs incurred with respect to travel, insurance, subsistence or visa applications. Please ensure you maintain or take out the necessary insurance to cover such losses.
